WORKERS' COMPENSATION

WORKERS' COMPENSATION

You do not pay us a fee to help you:

Our payment comes only from the insurance company/employer.

Either they
  • pay our fees out of any increased compensation we obtain for you, or
  • pay out of their own pocket if they deny you, and we succeed in overturning that denial

Adversarial/ Not Full Benefits

Did you know? The insurance company does not represent you - they represent your employer. Keeping all costs as low as possible is part of your employer's bottom line. So, the insurance company tries by various means to avoid paying out any more monies than absolutely necessary. You need to know this. Plus it all can cause workers' compensation cases quickly to become adversarial - not good for you.

Never  is it too early to consult us to protect your interests. Remember justice requires that you receive all the legal benefits - including time loss, treatment, disability, and vocational training.

Some Examples

  • Did the insurance company calculate your time loss benefits correctly?
  • Was your claim wrongly denied? Did they say it was a pre-existing condition (of which you were unaware!) or the accident simply did not happen or the employment was not a cause?
  • Are they delaying your medical treatment? Did they unjustly limit what they accepted? Maybe accepted a strain when it was really more than that?
  • Did they close your claim correctly?
  • Did you receive the full disability to which you were entitled? Maybe even permanent disability?
  • Is your claim closed but now you need treatment? They don't want to pay for it.
  • Were you hurt at work and your employer has retaliated against you?
    • Making you work beyond your doctor's restrictions, and
    • maybe even termination
  • Are they secretly watching you, taking video, etc?
